• Web Presence - Your home will be available for viewing through more than 20 different websites, giving you the tremendous internet presence that today's market demands.
  

• Visual Tour - Your MLS representation will feature a Visual Tour at no extra cost to you. This is a dynamic selling tool which uses my photos of your home in conjunction with music.
  

• Communication - I will communicate with you as often as your like to keep you informed of the progress of your sale and let you know about any feedback received from agents or buyers.
  
  
• Realtor Open House - I will hold an open house for area Realtors® to increase agent awareness of your property.
  
  
• Public Open Houses - These will be held at your discretion and convenience. Public open houses are important to people who are considering a move, or who have just listed their home for sale but do not yet have an accepted offer.
  
  
• Negotiation - I will negotiate solely in your behalf to obtain the highest possible price for your home.

• Follow Up - I care about my clients, and you can be sure that I will be checking in periodically to see how you are doing in your new location. We may be strangers in the beginning, but will be friends in the end.
